Recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse legal workforce presents a variety of challenges for
private practitioners, in-house counsel, academics, and other legal employers. Our prestigious
panel features participants from a variety of private, public, and corporate legal settings
experienced in opportunities and challenges facing legal employers. The panel will discuss prelaw school considerations, assumptions of public sector interest and tracking, grade pressures, clerkships, transfers, hiring challenges, and outreach opportunities.
