Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Panel: The Diversity Pipeline

Minnesota Urban Debate league will be hosting a CLE panel discussion about recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse legal workforce. A prestigious panel of participants from a variety of legal settings has been selected to discuss opportunities and challenges facing employers. The panel will discuss pre-law school considerations, including K-12 education, assumptions of public sector interest and tracking, grade pressures, clerkships, transfers, hiring challenges, and outreach opportunities. Featured panelists included: The Honorable Judge Jeffrey M. Bryan, The Honorable Judge Hildy Bowbeer, Professor Nekima Levy-Pounds, and Ann Anaya. A live webcast will also be available.
