In her role as Coordinator, Jessica Fox-Wilson serves as a point of entry to the College’s services for all adult students and builds community among adult learners. To that end, she serves as advisor for Weekend College Student Senate, works with students on academic probation, and provides general advising for Weekend College students. Throughout her career, Jessica has held many student services positions, from admissions to her recent role as Chair of General Education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She received her bachelor’s degree from Beloit College and her master’s degree from Hamline University.

Sarah Hedstrom has a special knowledge of what being an adult student requires. She acquired her bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in MIS in 2005 from Augsburg’s Weekend College program. She decided to further her education by obtaining her Master's in Leadership degree from Augsburg in 2008. Sarah has held many varying positions throughout her career in the retail business, banking/financial industry, and most recently she was a project manager for Hewlett-Packard. She has stated on more than one occasion that she feels like she came back home. Augsburg had been a huge part of her life for eight years, and she is happy to return to help other adult learners achieve success during their time at Augsburg.
