Cold. Cold.<br \/>\nThen comes the thaw.<br \/>\nAnd the light shines.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sun lingers.<br \/>\nWarmth.<br \/>\nBirds return, flowers bud, trees blossom. Vibrant colors everywhere and life has returned.<br \/>\nWell maybe it never went away to begin with.<br \/>\nFifteen and a half hours dedicated to light.<br \/>\nSpring is here!<br \/>\nAnd the light shines.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s cliche, but when you&#8217;ve got two rooms. One dark, one light. You open the door between them, and immediately the dark room is flooded with light and the light room remains untouched by the darkness.<br \/>\nAnd the light shines.<\/p>\n<p>Familiar is failure.<br \/>\nFamiliar is grief.<br \/>\nFamiliar is loneliness.<br \/>\nFamiliar is darkness.<br \/>\nBut in the failure, comes opportunity.<br \/>\nIn the grief comes healing.<br \/>\nIn the loneliness comes a friend.<br \/>\nIn the darkness comes light.<\/p>\n<p>Even walking with Christ has darkness.<br \/>\nWe are in Lent.
