Thefts from Public Building <\/strong><\/p>\n

March 13, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In compliance with the \u201cTimely Notice\u201d provision of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 <\/strong>Augsburg DPS is giving notice of a concerning pattern of incidents that have occurred in the Christensen Center, near Einstein\u2019s.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

REPORTED OFFENSE:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Today\u2019s incident involved a student leaving a laptop at a table and going to the Einstein\u2019s counter. While only out of view for a few moments, property was believed to be taken by an individual that had been seated at a public access computer.<\/p>\n

SUSPECTS:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong>While no suspects have been identified, perpetrators are believed to be juvenile, non-Augsburg students.<\/p>\n

STATUS: <\/u><\/strong>\u00a0These incidents remains under investigation by the Augsburg Department of Public Safety and\/or the Minneapolis Police Department. Anyone who may have information regarding this incident is urged to contact DPS at 612-330-1717.<\/p>\n
