She has worked in a variety of urban and rural settings including community mental health clinics, a college counseling center, SIU\u2019s school of aviation, a post-hospital rehabilitation center for acquired brain injuries, and her private practice. She specializes in working with adults who are navigating work-life balance, relationship difficulties, and symptoms of anxiety and depression.
