Now Hiring: International Resident Assistant (FELLOW) in Mexico
The purpose of this fellowship is to promote the health, safety, and intercultural adaptation of semester students & participants in short-term educational seminars in Mexico. The primary role of the fellow are to assist Augsburg and other foreign students (mostly coming from the U.S.A.) with medical and emotional issues, and to help them develop intercultural and global competence, as well as to assist in the operation of all educational programs. This is an academic year-long fellowship that provides a monthly stipend of US $ 600, as well as room, board, health insurance, the possibility of deferred students loans, and travel to and from the United States. Given that this is a fellowship intended to benefit a recent college graduate or M.A. or M.S.W. student who is seeking hands-on experience working in international education, these benefits are appropriate within the Mexican context. Spanish language required.
