The following are some important next steps\u00a0to help\u00a0new international\u00a0Auggies prepare for campus arrival.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Confirm Your Enrollment<\/h2>\n<p>To reserve your place in the incoming class, please <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.augsburg.edu\/apply\/\">submit<\/a>\u00a0your enrollment decision form <strong>and<\/strong> non-refundable $150 enrollment deposit.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Submit Your Certification of Finances<\/h2>\n<p>In order to process your Form I-20, your non-refundable enrollment deposit <strong>and<\/strong> the following documents must be received:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Augsburg Certification of Finances form found on your <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.augsburg.edu\/account\/login?r=https%3a%2f%2fadmissions.augsburg.edu%2fapply%2f\">application status page<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Proof of funding as demonstrated by supporting financial documents (such as bank statements &#8211; current within three months; Government Support Letter, etc\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the first page your passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students transferring from a U.S. high school or college\/university: You will need to have your SEVIS record transferred from your current institution to Augsburg. The SEVIS transfer form must be completed by you and your Designated School Official. You will need to present your Augsburg letter of admissions to the DSO when submitting your transfer request. Please email &#x69;&#x6e;&#x74;&#101;&#114;na&#x74;&#x69;&#x6f;&#110;&#97;la&#x64;&#x6d;&#x69;&#115;&#115;io&#x6e;&#x73;&#x40;&#97;&#117;gs&#x62;&#x75;&#x72;&#103;&#46;ed&#x75; when you are ready to complete the SEVIS transfer form.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Activate Your Augnet Account<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/inside.augsburg.edu\/techdesk\/account-activation\/\">Set up your AugNet account<\/a> to gain access to Augsburg\u2019s student portal. Activation of your account is needed to log in to your Augsburg email, complete registration workshops, and more.<\/p>\n<h2>4.\u00a0Sign Up for Housing<\/h2>\n<p>If you elect to live on-campus you will need to submit your housing and meal plan contract via your <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.augsburg.edu\/apply\/\">status page<\/a>.\u00a0Please visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/reslife\/\">Residence Life<\/a> page to learn more about on campus housing and meal plans.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Request\u00a0Final Transcripts<\/h2>\n<p>Request your official final transcripts\/diploma from your high school\/secondary school, showing your actual date of graduation. For transfers, please request final transcripts showing the most updated semester completed. <strong>Transcripts must be received no later than August 1 for fall enrollment.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>6. Complete Immunization Form<\/h2>\n<p>Immunization forms are required by the state of Minnesota and must be submitted to Augsburg.
