{"id":45117,"date":"2024-03-18T15:58:10","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T15:58:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/mba\/?page_id=45117"},"modified":"2025-04-29T18:38:33","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T18:38:33","slug":"auggiecup","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/mba\/auggiecup\/","title":{"rendered":"Augsburg Entrepreneur Cup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-45126\" src=\"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/mba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/61\/2024\/03\/Copy-of-Proofs-13of30-768x513-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>The Augsburg Entrepreneur Cup creates innovative business opportunities for Augsburg students while positively impacting the Twin Cities\u2019 entrepreneurial community.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the Auggie Cup is to accelerate the development of Augsburg students to achieve future entrepreneurial success through core curriculum, collaboration between undergrad and MBA students, incubator experiential learning and mentorship with successful local business leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Student groups will spend the fall semester working on a business plan for a local entrepreneur\u2019s idea and will present their work at the Auggie Cup on December 6, 2024, in the Hagfors Center for Science, Business and Religion on Augsburg University\u2019s campus. The top three teams will be determined by a panel of judges consisting of the business advisory council, faculty and possibly the major sponsor. Winning teams earn scholarship awards.
