EAST covers\u00a0tuition\u00a0costs towards initial licensure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn a relatively short time, we\u2019ve been able to multiply the number of educators of East African descent in the state of Minnesota from a handful to a bit of a larger handful,\u201d EAST Program Director Audrey Lensmire told the Sahan Journal.
