The schedules and details about media photo opportunities are below.<\/p>\n<h2>May 3: Traditional Day Undergraduate Program<\/h2>\n<p>Ceremonies are in Si Melby Hall located on 23rd\u00a0Avenue South. In the event of rain, students will line up in the basement of Si Melby and process up the stairs into the gym.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11:15 a.m. \u2013 Student Line Up, Christensen Center. Group proceeds, led by drummer, from Christensen Center down South 7-1\/2 Street to Si Melby Hall. Faculty, in academic dress, line the streets and clap as students pass.<!--more--><\/li>\n<li>1 p.m. \u2013 Invocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welcome<\/p>\n<p>Commencement Address and Honorary Degree Recipient: Majora Carter, Urban Revitalization Strategist and Peabody Award-winning radio broadcaster<\/p>\n<p>Honorary Degree Recipient: Lois Quam, chief operating officer of The Nature Conservancy<\/p>\n<p>Student Speaker: Emerson Ball \u201814, social work, Duluth<\/p>\n<p>Conferring of Degrees (Photo Opp)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2:30 p.m. \u2013 Recessional: Students exit Si Melby.
