One new example of the College\u2019s approach is its fall 2012 offering of a <a title=\"MAL MBA dual degree\" href=\"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/mal\/malmba-dual-degree\/\" target=\"_blank\">dual Master of Business Administration\/Master of Arts in Leadership<\/a> program. Students in one program now will be able to add skills and knowledge from the other program and to earn master\u2019s degrees in both areas.
