Jeremy is the Director of the Rochester Programs and Director of the Advanced Placement Summer Institute. He oversees all program operations in Rochester, MN where they offer undergraduate completion and masters programs in Business, Education and Nursing. He works closely with department chairs to coordinate course offerings to help ensure a timely graduation rate, and also identifies new strategies to maximize the number of courses offered each term while reducing the number of cancelled courses. Jeremy works collaboratively with the Admissions staff in Rochester, and also closely with department faculty to identify new opportunities of growth in education programs and professional development opportunities.

Deanna is the primary liaison for the academic affairs Division of Professional and Graduate Studies and the Office of Continuing Education at Augsburg University. Deanna coordinates registration for educational activities (conferences, workshops and webinars), communication, and maintains the online presence.
