COVID-19: Updates and Plans ›

Seeing Things Whole collaborates with a range of educational, religious, and corporate partners to advance our mission to help individuals and organizations realize alignment between their values and work. These partnerships broaden our reach and impact, deepen our theological understanding of institutions, and encourage continued exploration of the relevance of spiritual wisdom guiding our work. If you are interested in partnering with us, let’s start a conversation.

“STW has provided us with theoretical frameworks, practical tools, moral support and counsel that has helped us become a better company at all levels. They offer a disciplined approach to putting the complex practical realities facing our business into conversation with our deepest beliefs and moral or spiritual yearning. STW continuously opens up new perspectives and possibilities for improving our lives, our business, our industry and our world.” —Tom Henry, general manager, Landry’s Bicycles

We work with several colleges and universities to develop resources and curricula for forming leaders and leadership teams skilled in the art of integrating moral imagination and spiritual wisdom with courageous action. Our 2016 unification with Augsburg University has strengthened our partnerships within the institution. Augsburg’s Center for Leadership Studies, home of the distinctive Master of Arts in Leadership program, facilitates many of our efforts to integrate the theory and practice of STW into curriculum and programs. Our partnership with the Master of Business Administration program challenges students to consider STW principles as they study leadership formation and organizational performance.

The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul is also an active educational partner through STW’s involvement with the John A. Ryan Institute for Catholic Social Thought.

We work closely with congregations to help them encourage and equip members as they seek to more fully integrate the values and beliefs of their religious tradition with their day-to-day responsibilities within the organizations where they serve and lead. Here our primary partners include UCC Norwell and Luminos.

Consultants who support organizations in the integration of spiritual imagination and organizational decision-making are valued colleagues in STW’s work. Many of these consultants are leaders in innovation in the areas of on-site values-based leadership education and formation.
