Augsburg offers two DNP options: the Transcultural Nursing Leadership track, which emphasizes leading change within and across organizations and health systems, or the Family Nurse Practitioner track, which prepares nurses for advanced nursing leadership and integrative primary care of families across cultures and care settings.
Courses are offered in a variety of hybrid formats—immersion in a cultural context, online, in-person, video-conference, and more. Students attend classes at Augsburg’s Minneapolis campus as well as our Rochester, Minn. location.
Financial assistance may be available to eligible degree-seeking students enrolled full time in the DNP program through state and federal loans or grants. If your employer provides tuition assistance, you can also participate in Augsburg’s employer tuition reimbursement program. Augsburg also offers scholarships and tuition discounts.
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing/master’s degree program in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Augsburg University is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791
