Blocked Calls Policy

Augsburg reserves the right to block phone numbers of callers who repeatedly make comments that include vulgar language, personal attacks of any kind, or comments that target, attack, or disparage any ethnic, racial, religious or other groups or individuals. Further, Augsburg reserves the right to block phone numbers that:

• are considered to be harassing under Minnesota Statute 609.749, subdivision 1 (proof of intent not required);
• advocate illegal activity;
• violate any Local, State or Federal laws; or
• are identified as spam.
