Augsburg has partnered with RaiseMe to offer U.S. college students the opportunity to earn micro-scholarships that recognize their academic achievements and outstanding accomplishments. These micro-scholarships will be incorporated in their Augsburg financial aid award. If you have been awarded a higher amount of institutional grant and/or merit scholarship funding from Augsburg, this grant/scholarship supersedes your earnings on RaiseMe and is not in addition to those earnings.
Spring 2020 Transfer applicants must sign up for RaiseMe by Dec. 1st, 2019 and complete their Augsburg application by Dec. 15th, 2019.
Fall 2020 Transfer applicants must sign up for RaiseMe and complete their Augsburg application by July 1st, 2020 if they wish for their RaiseMe micro-scholarships to apply towards their Augsburg financial aid award.
These competitive scholarships require a separate application and interview process.
The Fine Arts Scholarship*
The Fine Arts Scholarship recognizes incoming students who have excelled in film, forensics, music, theater, or visual arts and who plan to continue to actively participate while at Augsburg. Students need not major or minor in these departments to receive a scholarship and must indicate their interest within their initial application to Augsburg so an audition can be scheduled with our fine arts faculty. Students may audition in more than one area of the fine arts but may receive only one scholarship.
Amount: $3,000 per year
The AugSTEM Scholar Award*
