Bill Nye “The Science Guy” captivated 1,800 guests at a sold-out, on-campus presentation during Augsburg’s Scholarship Weekend, a time when high school seniors visit the College to vie for highly competitive scholarships. During his address, “How Science Can Save the World,” Nye spoke about planetary science, climate change, environmental awareness, and more. Nye took a “selfie” with the delighted crowd, which included 650 high school students from 12 states.
