Physician Assistant program relocates to Luther Seminary campus

Augsburg College’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program recently relocated to a leased space on the Luther Seminary campus in St. Paul. The new location provides improved educational and office space for the program and makes room on Augsburg’s main campus for other groups whose current space doesn’t fully support their needs.

The agreement with Luther Seminary models the type of collaborative partnership that Augsburg, as a new kind of urban university, seeks. Augsburg’s signature PA program will have effective space to remain competitive, and Luther Seminary will be able to better optimize the use of its own facilities. In addition, since Luther Seminary primarily serves graduate-level students, the Augsburg PA program aligns with the campus’s commitment to graduate academic achievement and contributes to its vibrant higher education experience.
