This week the Augsburg College campus will welcome new Auggies and their families to campus for SOAR—student orientation and registration. Members of the class of 2015 will attend this overnight experience to meet each other and learn (almost) everything they need to know before their first day of fall classes. SOAR student and parent sessions are July 22-28.
Soon the serene days of summer will come to an end and Augsburg will once again buzz with activity as new and not-so-new students return to campus. See the Daily A-Mail and the Inside Augsburg calendar for more details and contact information for these and many other welcome-back events.
Auggie Days is a week-long program, Sept. 1-9, for all first-year students attending Augsburg College. The program is designed not only to provide students with the tools and information needed to successfully transition into college life, but also to get to know Augsburg, the city, the neighborhood and fellow classmates.
