Graphic Design and Digital Arts

Christopher Houltberg is a Minneapolis-based designer, artist and educator.  Houltberg employs an interdisciplinary approach to his creative practice drawing on experience in the design industry both in freelance and at an international design firm as well as exhibiting his own artwork. Houltberg’s method to teaching design focuses on creating learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. The focus of the Graphic Design Program at Augsburg College focuses on addressing local, national and global issues to highlight how design can act as a catalyst for change.
