Education

In the Augsburg College Education Department, we believe in preparing knowledgeable, responsive teachers committed to educating all learners in a diverse and changing world. Developing a greater understanding of your vocation as a teacher is as important as developing the knowledge, skills, and practice of a teacher.

The Education Department offers a number of unique program elements that enable you to develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of a beginning teacher while helping to clarify your vocational goals. Read more about why you should study education at Augsburg on our Program Introduction page.
