Join us for a fun-filled, educational evening at 612 Brew in NE Minneapolis. Complimentary beverages and food will be served as you participate in a leadership workshop and then have an opportunity to learn more about one of our graduate programs. Faculty and staff will be at 612 Brew to share details and answer questions about our graduate programs offered on campus (nights and weekends) or in hybrid online/on-campus formats.
5-5:30 p.m. — check-in and social time
5:30-6:15 p.m. — professional development presentation, “Demystifying Leadership: It’s Easier than you Think and Harder than it Looks” presented by Deb Mitchell, President of the DLM Group: a Minneapolis based full service human resource consulting firm.
6:15-7 p.m. — graduate program information preview sessions

- Doctor of Nursing Practice (Family Nurse Practitioner and Transcultural Nursing)

About In The City Events
Augsburg celebrates its location “In the City” of Minneapolis by hosting preview events on campus and at local venues. These events offer you a chance to learn more about our graduate degree programs. Information sessions for each degree program last approximately 30 minutes to one hour. Most In the City events also offer a special component specific to the venue, or a professional development opportunity.
Augsburg’s graduate degree programs are geared toward working professionals with convenient weeknight or weekend schedules combined with online learning. Many programs can be completed in a two-year timeframe.
