Our Recruiting Process

What to Expect

  1. Application: Applicant completes the application process online for a specific position.
  2. Review: Augsburg College Human Resources reviews all the applications.
  3. Phone Interview: Candidates, whose qualifications most closely match the position requirements, will be contacted for the interview process, starting with a phone interview.
    • The phone interviews may be with one person or multiple people.
  4. On-Site Interviews: Top candidates will be selected for personal interviews on-site.
  5. Follow-Up: Upon completion of the personal interviews, final candidates are contacted for any additional questions or interviews, if necessary.
  6. Offer and Background Check: Offers are made to the final candidate contingent upon completion of a background check and paperwork requirements.
