What to Expect

Applicant completes the application process on-line for a specific position.

Augsburg College Human Resources reviews all the applications.

Candidates, whose qualifications most closely match the position requirements, will be contacted for the interview process, starting with a phone interview.

The phone interviews may be with one person or multiple people.

Top candidates will be selected for personal interviews on-site.

Upon completion of the personal interviews, final candidates are contacted for any additional questions or interviews, if necessary.

Offers are made to the final candidate contingent upon completion of a background check and paperwork requirements.
