<p class="MsoNormal"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): </b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The college seeks candidates who will provide hands-on Budget Analyst who will:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>utilize accounting software to administer and monitor the budget consistent with College policy
</li><li>summarize results, project trends and report results to Finance & Administration management and others as appropriate;
</li><li>develop and recommend best practice budgeting processes, policies and procedures;
</li><li>communicate routinely with budget managers throughout the college, assisting budget managers in reviewing the financial implications of their decisions, suggesting options and evaluating the potential results of alternatives.</li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>QUALIFICATIONS (include but are not limited to): </b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A four year degree and at least three years of relevant experience required. Advanced relevant education or specialist certification and five or more years of experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have spreadsheet and general ledger software experience and a demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as excellent interpersonal, relationship-building skills, verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain financial information in lay person’s terminology, Ideal candidates are stimulated by an intense, highly challenging and visible work environment; and they will be able to demonstrate a commitment to and enthusiasm for a faith-based, liberal arts educational institution. </p>
