RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
This position is responsible for the maintenance of a clean, healthy and safe environment for all facilities stakeholders on campus including: residents, office occupants, students and visitors to campus. Specifically, this position will:
QUALIFICATIONS (include but are not limited to):
A two year degree and at least three years of relevant experience required. A four year degree and at least five years of experience preferred. Candidates must be proficient in OSHA regulations and other workplace safety regulations as well as proficient in Microsoft office software. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; highly tuned verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated leadership and management expertise, including budget responsibility, supervision, and team development; and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Ideal candidates are stimulated by an intense, highly challenging and visible work environment; and they will be able to demonstrate a commitment to and enthusiasm for a faith-based, liberal arts educational institution.
