Procedures to become a student employee
1. Check out available student job listings on the Student Employment website: www.augsburg.edu/hr and apply online!
2. When hired by a department, pick up the following forms from Human Resources BEFORE YOU START WORK.
- Student New Hire Form
- Terms of Employment
- W-4 Form
- I-9 Form (Employment Eligibility Verification)
- Direct Deposit Form
- Wage Structure
Note: If you have worked on campus before, you will not have to complete the W-4 or I-9 again. You will need to sign a new Terms of Employment.
