Congratulations again on your admission! The following are some important next steps to help new first year and transfer Auggies prepare for campus arrival.
1. Confirm Your Enrollment
To reserve your place in the incoming class, please submit your enrollment decision form and non-refundable $150 enrollment deposit by the deadline indicated on your admission letter.
2. Activate Your Augnet Account
Set up your AugNet account to gain access to Augsburg’s student portal. Activation of your account is needed to log in to your Augsburg email, complete registration workshops, sign up for housing, and more.
3. Submit your Certification of Finances
In order to process your Form I-20, your non-refundable enrollment deposit and the following documents must be received:
- Completed Augsburg Certification of Finances form
- Proof of funding as demonstrated by supporting financial documents (such as bank statements – current within three months; Government Support Letter, etc…)
- Copy of the first page your passport
Students transferring from a U.S. high school or college/university: You will need to have your SEVIS record transferred from your current institution to Augsburg. The SEVIS Transfer form must be completed by you and your Designated School Official. You will need to present your Augsburg letter of admissions to the DSO when submitting your transfer request. This form may be returned to Augsburg by e-mail.

5. Request Final Transcripts
Request your official final transcripts/diploma from your high school/secondary school, showing your actual date of graduation. For transfers, please request final transcripts showing the most updated semester completed. Transcripts must be received no later than August 1, 2017.
6. Complete Immunization Form
Immunization forms are required by the state of Minnesota and must be submitted to Augsburg. Please complete the Immunization Form and email the document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Course Registration Information
First-Year: Around mid-June, you will be contacted by Academic Advising to set up an online or email appointment to register for Fall classes.
Transfer: As soon as your credit evaluation is completed, Academic Advising will contact you to set up an online or email appointment to register for Fall classes.
