"According to Madison--

we are able to make changes that better human kind because we are able to organize as we choose. Joining groups or interest groups to influence public policy or legislatures even in your own community is one of the ways to directly influence policy. The key that unlocks peace in this world is to have people acting in a respectful manner, either individually or as groups, to change public policy, causing a more harmonious society to exist."
