Meal Plans
What do the points mean and where can they be used?
The points can be used to purchase meals outside the cafeteria in the coffee shop in Christiansen, the grille downstairs of Christiansen, and the Nabo cafe in the Oren Gateway Center.
What is each point worth?
Each point is equivalent to $1.
How much does each plan cost?
- The Full meal plan is $3504 for the year,
- The Partial plan is $3414 for the year, and
- The Flex 5 plan is $3120 for the year.
I used to get 19 meals a week and now I only get 15 meals a week plus points! Is this going to be enough food for me?
Because you now have points, you can purchase more meals outside the cafeteria to make up for the 4 meals in the past. It is a great way to add variation in your meals and a chance to get around the campus more. If you feel you are not getting enough food though, please contact Cyndy Rowe right away!
Do I have to have a meal plan?
You have to have a meal plan if you live in Urness, Mortensen or Anderson. Meal plans are optional for students living in Luther Hall and the Oren Gateway Center.
