- Returning students can complete the 2025-2026 Incoming Student Housing Contract in their Housing Portal until August 22, 2025.
- All Housing Contracts will be offline from August 22, 2025, to September 5, 2025.
Assignment Information
Timelines
- Housing assignment information will be available on or before July 1, 2025 for all returning students who have completed Housing Contracts by June 20, 2025.
- Students will be notified via their Augsburg student email when their assignments are complete.
- Residence Life staff completes housing assignments weekly for students who submit their housing contracts after June 20, 2025.

Assignment Options
- Returning students are eligible to be assigned to Anderson Hall, Luther Hall, Mortensen Hall, and Oren Gateway Center.
