When you are ready to apply to Augsburg, be sure to complete all three steps. The following instructions are for to international first-year students.
International transfer students

1. Complete an International Application or request a paper copy by
contacting Admissions. No application fee is required for international
students. A complete application includes: two letters of academic
recommendation, an essay, and a financial certificate with official
bank statements.
2. Submit an official score report from the TOEFL or a similar exam.
Augsburg’s institutional number is 6014. Augsburg’s minimum
score requirements are: iBT=80, CBT=213, PBT=550, IELTS=6.5, ACT=22,
SAT IV+M =1030. If your test score does not meet Augsburg’s minimum
requirements, you may be conditionally admitted to Augsburg pending
the receipt of updated test scores. Apply for English language training

3. Submit an officially translated copy of your international high school transcripts. International transfer students who have completed University level courses outside of the United States are required to have officially evaluated transcripts (except Canadian students). Refer to World Education Services at http://wes.org for direction on transcript evaluation.
