The "real world" of theatre is not something that Augsburg theatre students need to await with trepidation Ð they experience it from day one. The Augsburg College theater department is made up of a supportive faculty who bring their own extensive blend of professional experiences while drawing upon the rich, urban environment. (Minneapolis is home to the second highest number of theatres per capita after New York City.) The department secures internships in professional theatre and exposes students to theatre artists at all stages of their education. Here, two recent alums who are literally putting their theatre majors to work share their stories.
