Ticketing Policies
- Processing fees will be applied to all online ticket purchases to help cover the cost of credit card transactions and software upkeep.
- There are no refunds on tickets; ticket transfers will be honored at any time up to the start of the performance.
- Unreserved seats will be sold to walk-ups at the Box Office starting 45 minutes prior to each show. Cash and credit card are accepted. Availability of tickets can not be guaranteed for walk-ups.
- To confirm last-minute ticket availability, please call 612-330-1764 at least one hour prior to show time. No ticket reservations will be taken over the phone.
- If you are experiencing trouble making a reservation via the online system, please email theatre@augsburg.edu.

Parking
