Jessica received her Bachelor of Music Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2007 and her Master of Arts in Music Therapy from Saint-Mary-of-the-Woods College, Indiana, in 2012. She completed her music therapy internship at the University Good Samaritan Specialty Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In fall of 2010, Jessica co-authored and published Guitar Skills for Music Therapists and Music Educators, with Peter Meyer and Erin Ebnet. She continues to work on advanced music therapy training in NMT, GIM, and Hospice and Palliative care Music Therapy. Jessica currently resides in Eagan, Minnesota. She is employed as a hospice music therapist by Allina Health Hospice and Palliative Care where she visits patients for music therapy and supervises music therapy interns.
