Dr. Kagin founded both the undergraduate and graduate degrees in music therapy. Augsburg University is the only private college/university in Minnesota to offer degrees in music therapy. Roberta holds a Masters Degree in Music Education from the University of Kansas and a Ph.D. in music therapy from Temple University. She is a professional organist, teaches piano students in her home, and sang with Masterworks Chorale.
