Description
Seeing Things Whole is a leadership framework that cultivates whole leaders and thriving organizations to positively impact the common good. Whole leaders reflect deeply on their own values and strengths as a means to take initiative and empower others. They thoroughly consider how their actions create impact and take a holistic view when making critical decisions.
Strengthening and Articulating Your Path Forward is an introductory course that will allow participants to reflect and articulate their strengths and values and a means to express their path forward.
The course walks participants through several reflective exercises utilizing Seeing Things Whole’s Whole People, Whole Leaders Framework. The work you will do throughout the course will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, including your own strengths and values. This reflection leads towards drafting your personal mission statement, followed by a goal-setting process that will make your goals actionable. In the end, you’ll walk away with a set of personal and realistic goals that are aligned with your mission.
This is the second course in a Whole Leadership Development Series being offered by the Reell Office of Seeing Things Whole and Augsburg’s Center for Adult and Continuing Education. After completing the course, you will be invited to join a community of practitioners at Seeing Things Whole Roundtables hosted at Augsburg University.
