Deborah Carbaugh is well known as a concert soloist in the Twin Cities area and has appeared frequently as a soloist with the Minnesota Chorale, as well as the Minnetonka Choral Society, Rochester Symphony Orchestra, Oratorio Society, and Minneapolis Pops Orchestra. A former Metropolitan Opera district winner, she has performed roles with numerous opera companies, among them Pittsburgh Chamber Opera, Syracuse Opera, and Artpark Opera. She is currently a member of the voice faculty at Hamline University, Augsburg University, and teaches private voice at Wayzata High School. Deborah is a section leader with both the Minnesota Chorale and the choir of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis.
