Impact Scholarship

The Impact Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for students interested in the narrative, performing, or visual arts. The scholarship covers at least $47,600 (the full tuition rate for the 2026-27 academic year) every year with “gift aid” through a combination of scholarships and grants from Augsburg and the government. The fixed amount is renewable for up to 3 years. (Students will be responsible for any tuition increases after the first year, plus housing, meals, and fees each year.)

Requirements 

  • Incoming first-year student or transfer student
  • Intention to major or minor in one of the narrative, performing, or visual arts programs
  • Must live on campus for each year of the scholarship
  • Submit all application materials, including auditions or portfolio, by March 1, 2026 
  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1, 2026 (Augsburg’s school code: 002334)
  • Notifications will be sent out by April 1, 2026
