Residence Life Central Staff
Department of Residence Life Central Staff Team is comprised of 6 professional College staff members including the Director, Housing Specialist, and four Residence Hall Directors. They oversee the housing operations and engagement opportunities for the Department of Residence Life. The Director and Housing Specialist are located in the Residence Life offices in the Urness/Mortensen Lobby. The Residence Hall Director offices are located in the residence halls throughout campus. - The Director of Residence Life provides vision, direction and leadership for planning and implementation of a comprehensive developmental and educational program within student residence communities (undergraduate) that fulfill the Department of Residence Life mission statement. In doing so, the Director provides management of student development and welfare in the residential community.

- The Housing Specialist supports the Director with operational management of college residence halls and houses, assumes coordination of housing services and contracts, management of residence life offices and services, trains and coordinates staff in performing operational functions, markets the residential spaces, and communicats with new and residential students as well as other departments.
Residence Hall Directors
Residence Hall Directors share in overseeing the program (transition, retention, maturation) involved with our students. The Residence Hall Directors have a strong background in student life and hold a Master's degree in the field of Higher Education. These individuals work closely with staff, faculty, and students in creating programs, offering academic and personal support, and conducting discipline hearings.
