Department of Residence Life Central Staff Team is comprised of 6 professional College staff members including the Director, Housing Specialist, and four Residence Hall Directors. They oversee the housing operations and engagement opportunities for the Department of Residence Life. The Director and Housing Specialist are located in the Residence Life offices in the Urness/Mortensen Lobby.  The Residence Hall Director offices are located in the residence halls throughout campus. Residence Hall Directors share in overseeing the program (transition, retention, maturation) involved with our students. The Residence Hall Directors have a strong background in student life and hold a Master’s degree in the field of Higher Education. These individuals work closely with staff, faculty, and students in creating programs, offering academic and personal support, and conducting discipline hearings.
