Student Staff


The academic student staff is comprised of many different focuses. All of our communities – Anderson, Luther, Mortensen, and Urness Halls, and Oren Gateway Center – utilize Resident Advisors (RAs) who promote campus and community involvement through programs.

The Department of Residence Life offers three lead experiences for undergraduate peer leaders.  Residential Executive Coordinators (RECs) are lead staff members who advise the community and assist the Residence Hall Directors with the RAs outreach and involvement for residents. Residential Facilities Coordinators (RFCs) work with closely with the Residence Hall Directors and the Department of Facilities Management to provide ongoing facilities information, operational support, and work requests. The Housing Specialist Assistant (HSA) works closely as a lead position coordinating housing and operational information.
