With this new understanding, leaders and their teams can more effectively build a resilient workforce by acknowledging and effectively intervening in stress and trauma.

This course begins with an overview of the history and services of mental health and provides deep insight into common conditions and warning signs for mental health issues in children and youth. By understanding and recognizing mental health, educators can minimize mental health stigmas and become aware of available resources for teachers, students, families, and caregivers aimed at mental wellness and suicide prevention.
