In recognition of Augsburg’s Sesquicentennial, Professor Phillip Adamo tells the story of Augsburg through ten objects that have played a role in Augsburg’s history from 1869 to today.
“In this fine and provocative history of Augsburg University, history professor Phillip Adamo crafts a story of an institution at once resilient and fragile, innovative and stuck, open and closed, faithful and relevant.”—President Paul C. Pribbenow
