NOVEMBER 14-18 IS INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION WEEK (IEW)!
What is IEW?
IEW is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education that celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. Augsburg University, the Center for Global Education and Experience, International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) and the International Student Organization (ISO) will be celebrating the week with multiple activities and events!

Monday, November 14:

Coffee and Donuts with the International Student Organization

Mix and Mingle with the international students of Augsburg, who represent 44 countries in total!

Study Abroad Information Table, Christensen Lobby, 11:30 -1:30pm

Stop by the information table to learn about off-campus, global study opportunities for Augsburg students. Whether a program is 1 week long, or 1 year long, there is something for every Augsburg student!
- “Passport 101” (on zoom) With the Minneapolis Passport Agency – at 12:00 PM CST: how to apply for a passport and some tips and tricks (and things to avoid)

WorldQuest International Trivia Night

Bring your friends and come show off your knowledge with topics including international culture and cuisine, flags, geography, international pop culture, and current events. Grab your globally-minded friends to form a team! Four-person teams are recommended. Don’t have a team? Don’t worry. We’ll pair you up with teammates right before the game!
