Augsburg Entrepreneur Cup

The Augsburg Entrepreneur Cup creates innovative business opportunities for Augsburg students while positively impacting the Twin Cities’ entrepreneurial community.

The objective of the Auggie Cup is to accelerate the development of Augsburg students to achieve future entrepreneurial success through core curriculum, collaboration between undergraduate and MBA students, incubator experiential learning and exposure to local business leaders through the Innovation Speaker Series.

Student teams comprised of one MBA student, two undergraduate business majors, and two graphic design majors, spend the fall semester developing an entrepreneurial business venture that culminates in a final presentation at the Auggie Cup in December. A panel of judges, including members of the Business Advisory Council, Augsburg faculty, and potentially the major sponsor, select the top three teams. Winning teams earn up to $30,000 in prize money.
