Today we were so honored to meet Ms. Halima! She graduated from high school this year, now in her seventies. As she said today, “it’s never too late to pursue your education.”
As a Somali American woman, and community leader in Cedar Riverside, she is a shining example of what is possible at any age.
We crossed paths with Ms. Halima at Bryan Coyle Center as part of the West Bank Restorative Practices Collaborative.
