Mental and Emotional Wellness

Physical Wellness
By prioritizing physical wellness, students not only improve their immediate well-being but also build healthy habits that contribute to long-term success and a more fulfilling college experience.

Fitness Center
Students have access to two fully equipped fitness facilities, free of charge, featuring a wide range of equipment for weight training, aerobic exercise, and fitness training.

Intramural Sports
Intramurals offer a fun, inclusive way to connect with peers, stay fit, and take a break from classes.
Academic Wellness
When students prioritize academic wellness, they not only improve their performance and retention of knowledge but also reduce stress and avoid burnout.

Tutoring via Knack
Peer tutoring has been shown to improve academic performance, enhance students’ self-confidence, and reduce dropout rates.

Writing Center
The Writing Center is a place where students can work with tutors on assignments and resources related to writing.

CLASS Disability Resources
The CLASS office provides students with reasonable accommodations and support to be successful in and out of the classroom.
