2026-2027 Housing CONTRACTS AVailable march 2!
We are excited that you are interested in being part of the Augsburg Residence Life community! Starting March 2, 2026 you will find all 2026-2027 Housing Contracts on your Housing Portal. If you are new to Augsburg for Fall 2026, you will need to have completed your AugNet activation process- AugNet information is required to access your Housing Portal.
Accessibility and Accommodations

For priority consideration, please submit requests no later than June 15, 2026 for incoming and transfer students. While we will evaluate requests received after these dates on an individual basis, we cannot guarantee we will have the appropriate spaces available after this date.
Assignment Information
Timelines
- Housing assignment information will be available on or before July 1, 2026, for all incoming, transfer, and PSEO students who have completed Housing Contracts by June 15, 2026.
- Students will be notified via their Augsburg student email when their assignments are complete.
- Residence Life staff completes housing assignments weekly for students who submit their housing contracts after June 15, 2026.

Assignment Options
- First-year students who come directly to Augsburg from high school are eligible to be assigned to Urness Hall, Anderson Hall, or Oren Gateway Center.
- Transfer students and first-year students who have time between high school and enrollment at Augsburg are eligible to be assigned to Anderson Hall, Luther Hall, Mortensen Hall, or Oren Gateway Center.
- PSEO students are eligible to be assigned to Anderson Hall.
