Graduate Student Housing - Residence Life

2026-2027 Housing CONTRACTS AVailable march 2!

Since 2023, we have welcomed graduate students into our active and inclusive on-campus community. Graduate housing is available in Luther Hall and Oren Gateway Center (a substance-free environment); all graduate students are guaranteed their own furnished bedroom in a shared apartment with other graduate students. We provide flexible Contract start timelines to align with graduate program academic calendars.

Starting March 2, 2026, you can find the 2026-2027 Graduate Student Housing Contract on your Housing Portal. If you are new to Augsburg for Fall 2026, you will need to have completed your AugNet activation process- AugNet information is required to access your Housing Portal.

Accessibility and Accommodations

If you have a physical, mental health, or other disability and believe you need a reasonable accommodation or modification to have equal opportunity and meaningful access to campus housing, documentation from an appropriate licensed professional supporting your request must be provided to the CLASS/Disability Resources office. For priority consideration, please submit requests no later than June 15, 2026 for incoming and transfer students. While we will evaluate requests received after these dates on an individual basis, we cannot guarantee we will have the appropriate spaces available after this date.

Assignment Information

Timelines

Housing assignment information will be available on or before July 1, 2026 for all graduate students who have completed Housing Contracts by June 15, 2026.
- Students will be notified via their Augsburg student email when their assignments are complete.
Residence Life staff completes housing assignments weekly for students who submit their housing contracts after June 15, 2026.

Assignment Options

Graduate students are eligible to be assigned to Luther Hall and Oren Gateway Center. Bedrooms in Luther Hall and Oren Gateway Center are furnished with a twin XL bed frame and mattress, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. Common areas (living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms) in Luther Hall and Oren Gateway Center are unfurnished. Cancellation Information

Cancellation or termination of this Housing Contract at any time during the Contract term will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee and refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable Fee and Refund Schedule, based on the effective date of cancellation or termination, as determined by Augsburg Residence Life.
