Accessibility and Accommodations

If you have a physical,  mental health, or other disability and believe you need a reasonable accommodation or modification to have equal opportunity and meaningful access to campus housing, documentation from an appropriate licensed professional supporting your request must be provided to the CLASS/Disability Resources office. For priority consideration, please submit requests no later than June 15, 2026 for incoming and transfer students. While we will evaluate requests received after these dates on an individual basis, we cannot guarantee we will have the appropriate spaces available after this date.

Assignment Information

Timelines

• Housing assignment information will be available on or before July 1, 2026, for all incoming, transfer, and PSEO students who have completed Housing Contracts by June 15, 2026.
  • Students will be notified via their Augsburg student email when their assignments are complete.
• Residence Life staff completes housing assignments weekly for students who submit their housing contracts after June 15, 2026.
  • Students will be notified via their Augsburg student email when their assignments are complete.

Assignment Options

• First-year students who come directly to Augsburg from high school are eligible to be assigned to Urness Hall, Anderson Hall, or Oren Gateway Center.
• Transfer students and first-year students who have time between high school and enrollment at Augsburg are eligible to be assigned to Anderson Hall, Luther Hall, Mortensen Hall, or Oren Gateway Center.
• PSEO students are eligible to be assigned to Anderson Hall.

Cancellation Information

Cancellation or termination of this Housing Contract at any time during the Contract term will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee and refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable Fee and Refund Schedule, based on the effective date of cancellation or termination, as determined by Augsburg Residence Life.
