Online Mental Health Screening Concerned you might be struggling with depression, alcohol abuse, anxiety, or an eating disorder? Take an online screening and gain more information. Or call 612-330-1707 to set up an appointment with a CCHP counselor.

Depression Screening Take this free, confidential online self-test to help you determine whether you may have the symptoms of clinical depression. From the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance.

AlcoholScreening.org. Take a brief, confidential alcohol use questionnaire through Boston University.

Anxiety Screening Tools. Online questionnaires from the Anxiety Disorders Association of America, including a Generalized Anxiety Disorder Self-Test, OCD Self-Test, Panic Disorder Self-Test, Phobia Self-Test, Post-Traumatic Disorder Self-Test, and Social Phobia Self-Test.
